Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Healthy Homes Nebraska, we are committed to providing high-quality, science-based services to improve the health of your home. Because our services involve time, materials, and scheduling, we have the following policies in place:

Service Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover preparation and time loss.

Refunds

• No refunds are issued once testing has begun or equipment has been deployed.

• If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.
